Whipped Feta and Roasted Tomato Focaccia Bowl

1: Preheat air fryer.

2: Add washed cherry tomatoes to a bowl. Add olive oil, chopped basil, and garlic, and toss to coat.

3: Roast tomatoes in air fryer at 400 F for 15 minutes (until splitting and juicy).

4: For whipped feta, add feta, ricotta, and cream to a food processor and blend until combined. While blending, slowly drizzle in olive oil until silky smooth.

5: Preheat oven to 400 F.

6: Cut out a round in the center of the focaccia bowl.

7: Brush olive oil along the center of the bread bowl.

8: Bake for around 5 minutes at 400 F until lightly toasted but still soft.

9: Pour creamy whipped feta into the focaccia bowl. Top with tomatoes and drizzle with more olive oil and honey.

10: Slice off pieces of the focaccia round to serve, scooping up the dip. Enjoy immediately after prepared.
